q - do you test on animals?
a - no. nay. never.

q - there's literally a million lip balms. why do you think yours is soo great?
a - we use minimal, meaningful, high quality organic oils + butters and allergen friendly. we are also super pumped to be among few pioneers utilizing compostable packaging.

q - allergen friendly lip balms? what?!

a - yep. sunflower seed oil is a super popular ingredient found in food and natural/good-for-you-cosmetics. it’s also commonly linked to those who have sesame seed allergies (soon to be listed next to ‘contains peanuts’), is an inflammatory, highly processed, and a cheap filler.

q - what's the shelf life?
a - we would say 12 months but who takes that long to go through a lip balm, amiright?!

q - i see the word compostable on things, but what does it actually mean?
a - to be compostable means the ability to disintegrate into a natural element in a compost environment, leaving no toxicity in the soil. aka, it breaks down quickly and easily, not harming anything or anyone, unlike plastic. our packaging is the best version of ghosting there ever was.

q - what is the container made from?
a - Container is made from up to 80% recycled materials (60% post-consumer content).

q - what about the adhesives?
a - Adhesives are FDA compliant and aqueous, not solvent-based.

q - okay, but what about your shipping?

a - our balms are mindfully mailed in 100% recycled content + is fully recyclable & naturally biodegradable.
